For the Bride and Groom looking to create a unique and stress free wedding day, Pick Me! will assist you every step of the way.   This package includes up to 40 planning hours, phone and email support. Your coordinator will  be available for up to 5 2-hour strategy and planning meetings.

  • Contract reviews
  • Assistance and attendance @ Menu selection and details meeting with catering contract

  • Placement of all rental orders (chair, linens, and lounges) 
  • Assistance with all stationary and print work
  • Coordination of wedding rehearsal
  • Etiquette advice
  • Advice and research in creation of an individual wedding theme
  • Troubleshooting
  • Up to 10 hours of coordination on wedding day (see day-of wedding package)
  • Set-up of personalized items for reception (seating cards, favors, guest book, etc)
  • Return of all personal items used at reception
  • Management of final payments and gratuities to all vendors
